Integrated three-domain assessment · Ages 13–17
A Career Guidance Test for Strengths, Interests and Exam Readiness
Three domains, read together
Strengths Compass Pro: the foundation
Psychosocial strengths. Answers: who is my child, and what are they built for? Shows 18 strengths in six clusters, the synergies where strengths reinforce each other and the tensions where they pull against each other.
Career Interest Explorer: add-on
Career interests. Answers: what is my child drawn to? Shows interest in seven career directions, each checked against their strengths.
Competitive Exam Readiness Compass: on its own or as an add-on
Exam readiness. Answers: is my child ready to perform under exam pressure? Shows 16 constructs in six clusters from 80 questions, including exam composure, learning effectiveness and motivation.
Why three domains beat one
Each result is read in the light of the others. Where they point the same way, you can act with more confidence. Where they differ, you have found the conversation worth having.
For example: a strong interest in medicine (Career Interest Explorer), with the strengths it calls on still developing (Strengths Compass Pro) and high exam anxiety (Competitive Exam Readiness Compass). One assessment alone would show only part of that. Together they show what to work on before committing to intensive coaching.

Questions parents ask

Does my child have to take all three?
No. In the integrated assessment, Strengths Compass Pro is the base; add the Career Interest Explorer, the Competitive Exam Readiness Compass, or both. The Competitive Exam Readiness Compass can also be taken on its own.
Can they be taken on their own?
The Career Interest Explorer cannot: it reads its results against Strengths Compass Pro. The Competitive Exam Readiness Compass can, with a single CERC report.
Is it scientifically sound?
Strengths Compass Pro and the Competitive Exam Readiness Compass are validated with students in India. The Career Interest Explorer is built on established vocational research and adapted for Indian students.
How long does it take?
Strengths Compass Pro takes 20–25 minutes and the Career Interest Explorer about 10. Everything is online, on any device, at your child’s own pace.
Who sees the results?
Your child, you and the counsellor each receive a version written for you; the counsellor brief stays confidential.
